Services
Automation, the portal, and the APIs between them.
Navsha IT INC builds around the SaaS tools you already pay for. Each service below is one part of that platform, not a separate product with its own login.
Scope a buildSeven lines of work, one platform
Most clients start with one portal and add the connections behind it. AI automation, API integrations, and dashboards are the core. Custom GPTs, chat, GoHighLevel, and graphic design join when the job needs them.
The stack on the site is the stack on the work: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, FastAPI, n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and the APIs those products expose.

What we take on

01
AI Automation
- Why
- The same lead, the same follow-up, and the same handoff should not depend on someone remembering them. When those steps live in email, a CRM, and a chat window, they slip.
- What
- Custom GPTs, agents, and workflows on n8n, Make, and Zapier. The automation files the lead, sends the next message, and hands the work to a person only when a person is required.
- How
- We write the steps the team already follows, then put them on a workflow the portal can see. A run that fails is visible. A run that succeeds does not ask anyone to check a second tool.
- Where
- Sales follow-up, support triage, onboarding checklists, and the reminders that used to sit in a shared inbox.

02
API Integrations
- Why
- Staff keep a second login open because the record they need is not in the screen they trust. Copying it across is how numbers drift before a meeting.
- What
- Connections to the APIs a SaaS product exposes, so every account can be managed from the platform you own. Read what the tool will give you. Write back when a person takes an action.
- How
- We start with the object people copy by hand: the lead, the invoice, or the ticket. That object is shown in the dashboard first. Side workflows come after the live field is trusted.
- Where
- CRM, billing, ads, help desk, and any product that already has an API. If it does not, we say so before the build starts.

03
Portals and Dashboards
- Why
- The source of truth is often split across tools you already pay for. A new database that copies those tools becomes another thing to maintain.
- What
- Client and team portals in Next.js, React, and Retool. One login. Live data. The screen shows accounts, status, and the next action.
- How
- The portal reads the tools and writes back when someone acts. It does not keep a second copy of the business. Tailwind and a layout a teammate can extend keep the screens close to the API data.
- Where
- The page a client opens each morning, and the internal dashboard a team uses instead of exporting a sheet.

04
Custom GPTs
- Why
- A blank chat window answers from the public internet. Your team needs an answer from your steps, your records, and the account that is already open.
- What
- GPTs trained on your process and wired into the same portal the team already uses. Drafts, summaries, and the next reply come from the live account.
- How
- The model sits behind the portal, not in a separate tab. It can see the fields the API already provides. A person still sends the message when the workflow says a person should.
- Where
- Support replies, internal briefs, and the first draft of a follow-up that used to be written from a pasted note.

05
Chatbot Integration
- Why
- Inquiries arrive on the site, in WhatsApp, and in the support inbox. If each channel keeps its own thread, the customer repeats the order.
- What
- Chat on your site and the channels you already sell or support on, with a person stepping in when the workflow needs one. ManyChat and the tools beside it stay connected to the same record.
- How
- The message, the customer, and the open order arrive together. The handoff includes the account data, not only a transcript. The team watches the channel it already uses.
- Where
- Retail orders, product questions, and the first line of support before a person joins the thread.

06
GoHighLevel
- Why
- Pipelines and campaigns are useful. A second login, just to see the stage, is not. Clients should read the pipeline in the portal they already have.
- What
- Pipelines, follow-up, and CRM data running inside the platform you own. GoHighLevel can keep sending the sequence. The portal shows the stage, the next task, and the last message.
- How
- We pull the objects the team checks and leave the sending in GoHighLevel. Ad and website leads land in one pipeline. The status the client sees is the status the CRM already has.
- Where
- Real estate follow-up, agency pipelines, and any account where campaigns and stages should appear on the same screen.

07
Graphic Design
- Why
- A portal and a campaign that look like two companies make the product harder to trust. The interface and the visuals ship together.
- What
- Brand visuals, campaign creatives, and interface graphics for the portals we build. The screen should be clear before anyone is asked to learn another login.
- How
- Designers sit on the same delivery as the engineers. The layout follows the records the API can actually show, so the graphic does not promise a field that is not there.
- Where
- Portal screens, campaign assets, and the graphics that sit on a dashboard the automation is already updating.
A typical build has three layers
The layers ship together. A portal with no API behind it is a picture. An automation with no screen is a job nobody can see. The API layer is what keeps both of them honest.
The portal
The screen your client or your team opens. Accounts, status, and the next action live here. It is built to be the login people keep, not a report they export.
The automations
Workflows that send the follow-up, file the lead, and hand work to a person only when they should. n8n, Make, Zapier, and custom GPTs sit in this layer.
The API layer
The connections that keep billing, CRM, chat, and ads in sync with that portal. If a product cannot support the job, the scope says so before the build starts.
Bring the tool list. We will say what can connect.
If a product exposes an API, we can usually put it behind the portal. If it does not, we will say so before the build starts. Write to info@navsha.com.
