Tell us which tools should share one login. We will map the APIs, the automations, and the dashboard around the stack you already pay for. Project notes and career notes both go to info@navsha.com.

Send a note

Share the products and the job the portal has to do. The form opens your email app with the message addressed to info@navsha.com. Career notes use the same address.

What to include

  • The products

Name the tools you already pay for: CRM, billing, chat, ads, GoHighLevel, or anything else with a login. If you know which ones expose an API, say so. If you do not, we will check.

  • The job

Say what the portal has to do. Status in one view, a follow-up that runs itself, a client who should not need a second password. One job is enough to start the map.

  • What is still manual

Tell us which step a person still copies, chases, or exports. That step is usually the first connection. Career notes can use the same form. They go to info@navsha.com as well.

What happens after you write

  1. 01

    You send the tool list

Name the products, the logins, and the work that still moves by hand. A short note is enough. We reply to the address you give.

  2. 02

    We map what can connect

If a product exposes an API, we say how it can sit behind one portal. If it does not, we say that before anyone designs a screen around a field that cannot be live.

  3. 03

    You see a first scope

The portal, the automations, and the records that stay manual are written down before a build starts. You can see what the first login will cover and what it will not.
