Fifteen years of building the layer around the tools a business already pays for.

For more than 15 years the team has built the software layer around the products a business already pays for. The portal is the screen people open. The source systems stay behind it.

When a product exposes an API, we connect it, keep the data in your dashboard, and manage accounts, workflows, and handoffs without a separate login for every tool.

The work covers custom GPTs, chat, GoHighLevel, and the portals a client or an internal team opens each morning. More than 1,200 clients and 1,000 platforms sit behind that pattern. The same engineers stay on the account after the first release.

We do not ask a company to replace the stack it already trusts. We ask which login should disappear, which record is still copied by hand, and which follow-up should run without someone remembering it.

Why, what, how, and where

  • Why the extra logins cost more than they look

A team that pays for a CRM, a billing tool, a help desk, and an ad account is already paying for the data. The loss is the time spent opening each one to answer a single question. We build the screen that reads those tools, so the morning check happens in one place.

  • What belongs in the portal

Accounts, status, the next follow-up, and the record a person needs before they reply. If a field is copied into a spreadsheet every week, it belongs in the dashboard. If a step only happens when someone remembers it, it belongs in an automation.

  • How the work is split

Designers shape the portal. Frontend engineers build the screens in Next.js and TypeScript. Integration engineers connect the APIs. Automation engineers put the repeated steps on n8n, Make, or Zapier. The same people stay on the account after the first release.

  • What stays after the release

The same people stay on the account. The next workflow extends the portal that is already in use, and a broken sync stays visible instead of turning up as a surprise in a meeting.

What the platform is made of

Most accounts start with one portal and the connections behind it. The three pieces below are the ones clients open first. Chat, custom GPTs, GoHighLevel, and campaign graphics sit on the same delivery when the job needs them.

A project, from the first list of tools to a portal in use

  1. 01

    Name the tools

We start with the products you already pay for, the logins people keep open, and the work that still moves by hand. The list is usually shorter than the slide deck and more useful. It tells us which record is copied, which follow-up is late, and which screen the team actually trusts.

  2. 02

    Map the APIs

Each product is checked for what it exposes. Some records can be read and written. Some can only be read. Some cannot be reached at all. That map is written down before a screen is designed, so the portal does not promise a field the API cannot support.

  3. 03

    Build the portal

The dashboard, the automations, and the chat sit behind one login. Custom GPTs answer from your process. GoHighLevel can keep the pipeline. The client does not need a second password to see the stage, the last message, or the open order.

  4. 04

    Leave it running

Your team uses the platform. We stay on for the next workflow. Clients often extend a portal they already know instead of starting from a blank brief. Failures in the integrations stay visible, so a broken sync is a record, not a surprise in a meeting.
