Navsha IT

Case studies

From several logins to one place to work.

Each study is a portal in front of tools the client already had. The APIs stay behind the screen. The team stops copying between apps. These are the same accounts shown on the homepage.

Case study

Infosys

Account updates and project status, read from one dashboard.

Why it was split
Status lived in the tools the team already used. Answering a simple account question meant more than one login, and the numbers were often exported into another sheet before a meeting.
What we built
A dashboard that pulls those updates into one view. The source tools stay in place. The portal is where the team reads them.
How it connects
The connections read the tools the team already had. Account updates and project status land in the same screen. The portal does not replace those tools. It is the place the status is checked.
Where the team works now
People check the portal for status. They stop exporting the same numbers into another sheet before a meeting. The handoff between tools is a record on the dashboard, not a message someone has to reconstruct.

Case study

Xpresso Mobile Cafe

Orders, leads, and follow-ups on a single portal.

Why it was split
Orders, leads, and the next follow-up sat in three places. Staff retyped the same customer into each one. A new lead waited until someone had time to copy it into the pipeline.
What we built
One portal for the cafe team, with those records connected behind it. The follow-up starts from the same screen as the order.
How it connects
The order, the lead, and the next message share one record. The team does not keep three logins open to move a customer from inquiry to follow-up. The automation starts from the screen they already use.
Where the team works now
The team works from one login. A new lead does not wait for someone to copy it into the pipeline. Orders and the next step are visible together.

Case study

Sonic Soak

Product inquiries and support chat on the same record.

Why it was split
Inquiries and support chat were handled apart, so replies depended on someone pasting details between apps. The customer had to repeat the order when the conversation changed channels.
What we built
Chat and inquiry records connected, so a question and the product it refers to land on one thread.
How it connects
The inquiry and the support chat write to the same record. A reply is written from that record. The team is not copying the product, the customer, and the question into a second tool before they can answer.
Where the team works now
The team answers from the record. The customer does not have to repeat the order in a second channel. Product questions and support stay on the thread the team already watches.

Your tools can sit behind a portal like these.
